Samsung BlackJack II Giveaway

Mom in the City is giving away a Samsung BlackJack II. It is a windows phone and it has a full qwerty keyboard...and it's pink. I would be able to get my mail. When I am lost somewhere I can stop and look up the email that tells me where to go...and it's pink. Here is a pic:

31 days of giveaways over at Fantabulously Frugal

I love the name of this blog. It is so cool. The title Fantabulously Frugal reminds me of a girl I know in University. She was a wonderful person, gorgeous and so well put together and she shopped for clothes at second hand stores. She had an eye for a great bargain.

Anyway I digress, Fantabulously Frugal is giving away a cheerful and practical sling:

I love it, this is my perfect bag...big enough to carry the kitchen sink, lovely enough that I look great carrying it and the added bonus, makes me smile every time I see it. You can see more bags and fabric solutions over at lilE

Contest at Paystolivegreen: $50 toward a green store

I would love to have a composter for my kitchen waste. I don't know any of the logistics about whether the worms composting works in Canada or whether I will have to survive with a non-worm composting pile. This $50 would come in handy for getting this started. My mom was green before green was cool. I remember taking various kitchen waste out to the compost heap out back. Every spring mom would put the amazing soil from the heap into the garden and grow wonderful vegetables (which I of course complained about...lol)

Anyway head over to Pays To Live Green to enter the contest!!

Two of a kind is giving away a steam mop

Okay, I've seen these in the stores and would love to get my hands on one, I think this one is way better than the ones I've glimpsed in the stores. Dee at Twoofakind has a giveaway for one of these. The mop can be seen here: Steamboy T1 Steam Floor Mop from reliable. It looks like this. Good luck.
